Open up the template in psp, Duplicate and close original, go to image canvas size to 700 by 700 delete the watermark
add a new raster layer fllod fill with white move to the bottom of layer palette
Use paper of choice I choosed paper8
copy and paste
Layer / new mask layer /from image
click on mask249 / ok
On the Layers Pallette right click the mask
delete / merge group
Click on the mask resizes to 130% and centered it
In layer pallete click on circle go to selection select all float / defloat
From the kit copy and paste as a new layer paper of choice
Copy and paste
Selection / Invert / delete / select none
Repite on triangle
Now use Selection tool click and drag to select
The word HOTTER, you are going to paint the inside
Of the word use color of choice
With the magic wand click inside of the rectangle
Copy and paste tube of choice
Selections / invert / delete / adjust / hue and saturation / colorized
With the following setting
0 / 0
Use elements of choice
Add your name and copyright
Merge all layers
Save as .jpeg
And you are done
